Zocchi's workout is as follows:
- Ball roll outs 10 reps
- Ball crunch 10 reps
- Knees to chest 10 reps
Rest 30-60 seconds 4-6 sets
This only piece of equipment you'll need is a medicine ball. We recommend a yoga mat if you're on a hard surface.
