Former Men’s Health cover star Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky are auctioning off a one-hour training session, and at the time of publishing, the workout is currently going for $25,000. Expect it to fetch a six-figure amount come the auction’s end on January 17 at 11.55pm.

And it’s not just the Hollywood A-listers donating their time. Surfing legends Joel Parkinson and Mick Fanning are auctioning off a surfing lesson while Powderfinger’s Bernard Fanning has donated a songwriting session. Meanwhile Pat Rafter is giving up his time with a tennis lesson or a game for three.

There are a host of other experiences on offer – you can score a dinner for four with Mentalist star Simon Baker at Harvest Newrybar or a local farmers market and two hour cooking class with master chefs Shannon Bennet and Manu Feildel.

Over the last fortnight, we’ve seen some incredible gestures from our idols, pledging seven-figure sums and donating their prized possessions fetching astronomical amounts. Spin King Shane Warne’s baggy green closed at $1,007,500 – more than doubling the amount paid for Don Bradman’s cap – $425,000 – back in 2003.

Apart from his time, Hemsworth also contributed a million dollars to the cause while Celeste Barber’s viral fundraiser has reached just under $50,000,000.

Here’s how you can help those affected:

To help wildlife victims of the bushfires in NSW – NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service (WIRES)

To help provide short and long-term support to people and communities impacted by the bushfires – The Australian Red Cross

To help those fighting the fires: NSW – NSW Rural Fire Service on the RFS website. Victoria –  Country Fire Association on the CFA website. SA – CFS volunteer firefighters on the CFS foundation website.
