Researchers in Turkey found men with A or B blood types are four times more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) than those with an O blood type.
Blood type AB puts you most at risk, making you nearly five times more likely to develop the physical and psychological condition.
ED is also an indicator of potentially more serious issues, says Dr Pixie Mckenna, speaking to the Daily Star Online.
“Your ED could be a symptom of an underlying medical issue that is yet to be diagnosed,” says Mckenna. “If you already have a diagnosis of heart disease or diabetes, make sure it is being optimally managed.”
