Tyson Fury Shows Off Four-Stage Body Transformation In New Instagram Post

Fresh off his victory against American boxer Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury has shared just how dramatic his comeback really was.

We already knew that Fury shed the weight and overhauled his nutrition in an attempt to get fighting fit. But his latest post showcases just how much his body has really changed.

Taking to Instagram, the Brit shared a four-stage post showing off his epic weight loss over the last couple of years.

"Been an amazing comeback over the last 2 years," he captioned the collage. "Thank you 🙏🏻 for the support."

At his heaviest, the 31-year-old weighed nearly 174kg back in November 2017. It was well publicised that he struggled with his mental health as he spent time out of the sport. 

But the man nicknamed The Gypsie King shed 60kg over a two-year period in a bid to claim the world title.

#andstill the lineal heavyweight champion of the world, but the world knows #andthenew again the world bet against me. a while back now I was knocked down and was as low as many man can go, struggled with many problems, but I persevered, and I got up, last night I was in there to show others who have been knocked down and in a similar position that if we stay strong, keep faith, we can get up and come back. I was knocked down last night, and if at any moment you thought I wasn't getting up you don't know me. And for those who have been knocked down in life, that was for you! ❤️

Fury teamed up with a new trainer, SugarHill Stewart, as well as chef George Lockhart to help get him in shape. 

“Each day I try to give Tyson a diverse group of food,” Lockhart told Sky Sports.

“He has a different type of meat with every meal. From what I’ve heard in other camps he ate chicken and rice. Now we make crazy meals.

“He’s had the same meal just twice in the entire camp – a jambalaya that I made. He eats six times per day and, apart from that, hasn’t had the same meal twice.

“I would never make him something that he doesn’t like because I can find something similar in texture and taste which would fit their palate. If he doesn’t like something, he wouldn’t eat it. There should be no reason to even want to cheat. People think healthy food is not tasty. But he’s not hungry, he’s not craving anything because he has a diverse diet. He has dark chocolate, honey, sweets and spices, salts – his palate gets everything that it wants.”
