Titled “The Titan Games”, Johnson’s new show is currently recruiting contestants who are “motivated, athletic, and willing to push themselves beyond their limits”. The show’s application site promises challenges of epic proportions, testing physical, mental and emotion endurance. Sign us up.
“Titans aren’t born, they’re made,” says Mr Rock in the promo video. And how exactly do you make a Titan? While the challenges in the show are yet to be outlined, contestants will be required to pass the following set of standards as part of their application:
Core Strength
- Hold a plank for as long as possible
Endurance
- Skipping for two minutes unbroken
Strength
- A descending ladder of pull-ups and push-ups, starting with five reps of each, then dropping by one each set.
