In an interview on YouTube for Food & Wine, the actor admitted that he schedules his cheat meals once or twice a week – often racking up as much as 5,000-6,000 calories in one hit. In case you’re wondering, this is around three times more than an average human eats in one day.

“I enjoy sharing,” he said. “I try to make it as fun as possible and a lot of it.”
It goes without saying that his usual food fare is far cleaner (think fish, eggs, steak, chicken, veggies and potatoes.)
He also spends loads of time lifting heavy at the gym. We’re talking 3 x 15 reps of one-arm lat pulldowns, 4 x 20 reps of dumbbell shrugs, 4 x 12 reps of hammer high rows, and 3 x 12 reps of dumbbell rows…. And that’s just one workout.
Suffice to say the guy deserves to loosen the reigns on occasion.
