Couples Have More Sex When Men Buy The Tampons, Study Finds

A new study featuring 800 women and 20 men (both in heterosexual relationships) from The Sleep Judge found that nearly 46 per cent of women whose partners turned down their request to buy tampons reported dissatisfaction with their relationship.

Interestingly, period sex isn’t as taboo as you might think: one in 10 couples frequently gets down and dirty even during that time of the month while over 70 per cent report having an easier time orgasming compared to being off their period.

However, one in three women refuse to have sex on their period yet one in five men are more than happy to.

And which positions take the cake when the red river runs? No surprises that doggy-style ranked highly. Although, it’s unconfirmed if it was vaginal-intercourse or rear-entry. You can see the top seven below.
