Hopefully, Hill's build is the result of a healthier diet (as he has indicated in the past), and a serious commitment to regular exercise. It surely doesn't hurt that he's also friends with super-fit Magic Mike star Channing Tatum; in a 2016 Tonight Show interview, Hill revealed a key piece of advice that Tatum shared with him about improving his own health and fitness.
"I wanted to get in better shape, so I called Channing Tatum and said, 'Hey, if I ate less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?'" Hill said. "And he said, 'Yes, you dumb mother****er, of course you will. It's the simplest thing in the entire world.'"
