You Have To See Sylvester Stallone's Weighted Chin-Up At Age 71
While some of us struggle to knock out one chin-up, Sylvester Stallone is still putting us to shame.
Sharing with his followers, the former Rocky star showed his strength hasn't aged, pushing reps of 45kg weighted chin-ups.
The 71-year-old captioned the photo, "another easy workout! You're only as old as you and your joints feel! LOL". Despite struggling to clear the bar, his fans were notably impressed considering his age.
"If he can do this at this phase of his life...imagine his workout in his Rocky Balboa phase..respect to you sir," wrote @stark_abdullah_khan. @jo_hrr147 weighed in, suggesting Sly is "still a beast."
Stallone is currently involved in the production of Creed 2, a sequel to the spin-off of the Rocky franchise, Creed. Creed 2 is scheduled for release late 2018.
