We all struggle to find the motivation to work out sometimes, it happens. But it can be found, and it should be. 

There are a few scientific methods floating around to finding your stoke; potentially losing money is reportedly the best incentive for staying fit, suggests new research from the University of Pennsylvania. Finding a personal trainer may be able to whip your unmotivated butt into shape, and a few sessions with a sports psychologist may also offer bang for your buck if you're up for it. 

However beyond the complicated psychological tricks, surely there's a quicker, easier way to find the motivation to get moving. Something in the palm of your hand...
