And the naming serves a greater purpose. Just like their namesakes, these workouts appear beautiful, simple and very doable (strictly from a workout perspective of course...), but they each come with their own bite.
Deep down, each of these women are complex. They hurt, they will probably make you cry, and they're designed to test you. But ultimately, doing one of the 'ladies' will shape the man and athlete you become (again... purely talking about working out here).
Every athlete has their favourite, but we recommend giving each a try. Identify your weaknesses, and redo the ones that you feel deserve more of your attention.
