The watch helps you create a personalised seven-day training plan based on your fitness level nutting it out to specifics such as duration and intensity in order to smash your goals, but don't stress if you miss an exercise your Suunto has you covered automatically updating.
It's not all about building up a sweat the Suunto 3 Fitness tracks how long and how well you slept as well as measuring your stress levels for a "better self." I am always in the rush in the mornings between the gym, home and work so thankfully having a waterproof tracker was just one less thing to think about.
