Linn Löwes and Madelen Ros, the two Swedish personal trainers in charge of the account, spend their days coming up with creative friendweight exercises that allow both gym buddies to get a workout by helping the other out.
Since 2015, the two have eschewed exercise equipment in favour of giving one another a lift.

Sometimes, the exercises are simply solo bodyweight workouts done with another person who can provide you with some extra motivation. Löwes admits that coming up with these new workouts can be a challenge, but the experimentation is all part of the process.
