Sex Dolls With Bionic Penises Are On Their Way

A Californian company has started work on a new male robot with a bionic penis.

Set to land this year, the X-rated companions will be targeted at a new female audience, each fitted with an AI “personality” called Harmony, which works by pairing a smart phone application with a robotic head to simulate life.

Got a particular taste? The app lets users customise the personality of their doll, so every model will act and talk in different ways depending on the customer. This level of pleasure, however, doesn’t come cheap. Right now, Realbotix is only selling female versions with each one setting a horny buyer back almost $15,000.

“We’re working on a male version of the robot AI,” Realbotix CEO Matt McMullen told the Daily Star. “We’ll eventually have a male and female platform available.”

He also claimed that the bionic penis will feel “better than a vibrator” and that users would be able to “plug the robot in.” In other words, the doll can go for as long and as hard as you want. Oh, and before you ask, there’s no set size for the manhood, either…

While no set launch date has been agreed just yet, McMullen believes the male sex robots will help do away with the idea that his dolls are only built for men who want to objectify women.

“I feel it’s important to offer both. We get a lot of people gravitating to the fact that we’ve just made a female robot so far,” said McMullen. “People have accused us of objectifying women, but it’s important that people know that this is more than a sex toy. We have a lot of female customers interested in buying male robots as companions to talk to and interact with,” he added.

The future’s bright, the future’s horny.
