The US based trainer slash model continually pumps out fitness and nutrition content through his social media platforms, including some pretty creative couples workouts with his significant other, Ms Britney Spears.

Asghari has come a long way, both in fitness and dating, and attributes his successes, including his own transformation, to increased knowledge and discipline when it came to his diet. Asghari is obviously relishing his status in the health and fitness industry, and is aware of the positive impact he's having on the wider community as a result of his hard work.

One of his biggest fans is clearly his girlfriend, performer Britney Spears. "He inspires me to be a better person and that makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world," says Spears of Asghari.

My love for food was real 😂 in the first picture I was at a triple date but I was the only one without a date, in the second picture I was dreaming about spicy Cheetos while roasting a marshmallow 😂 🍫 after awhile of living a filthy lifestyle, I decided to make some changes as I was getting into the real world, all it took was some knowledge and a whole lot of discipline when it came to my diet and after 6 months boom. The craziest thing that is happening is that the people I looked up to in the fitness industry are asking me for advise after all 💯 . I created a whole new future for myself, i created a pathway of endless opportunities. And what i love the most Is the fact that I get to touch hearts ♥️ and really have an impact on others lives/health, it really means the world sometimes, because I personally know how it feels to be on the otherside. According to his social media profiles, Asghari's workout routines consist mainly of light-weight, high-repetition strength training, boxing, and high intensity efforts on a trueform-style runner, as well as a strict supplement routine thanks to his sponsorship with 1st Phorm.

In his most recent Insta-vid, Asghari took to Instagram to share a chest workout "that allows you to look aesthetic but athletic at the same time".
