Rob Kardashian Seemingly Turns Back Time, Losing 45kgs

We’re not one for constantly keeping up with the Kardashians, but we also do live on planet Earth, so we’re subject to hearing about the first family of Los Angeles. While it’s often hard to swallow the media-circus that surrounds Kimmy K and the whole crew, every once in a while they do produce the goods and provide some serious inspiration for the rest of us mere mortals. And credit where credit is due, youngest brother Rob has seemingly turned his life around, transformed his body, and dropped over 45 kilograms in the process.

For those not in the know, the only male Kardashian has battled with his weight for close on a decade. In one of the more real and relatable stories to come out of their reality show, Rob’s struggles with body image, mental health and weight have been well documented. His troubles seemed to peak last year in a revenge porn scandal, which involved him posting explicit pictures of his ex to Instagram (that’s a whole other story in itself). However it seems after hitting this low shortly following the birth of his daughter, Dream, the father has turned his life around through a series of easy to follow changes.

“This hasn’t been some overnight crash diet, Rob has been working at this for months. He’s had the full support of his family. He’s got a private chef devoted to making him nothing but healthy meals. He’s gone cold turkey on all the fast food and soda, and instead he’s been sucking back protein shakes and green juices,” a source close to Rob told HollywoodLife.

According to the source, Rob has also made some serious lifestyle changes. “Now, instead of going to bed at all hours and sleeping until noon, he’s on a strict 10 p.m. bed time. This is so he can be up early to work out. He’s even started meditating, and he’s been going to therapy. Rob’s determined that this time it will all stick, and he’ll finally get back in shape.”

Rob’s slimmed down figure was featured on a birthday post last week from his sister Khloe.

“Happy Birthday Rob!!!! This year is YOURS! I can’t wait to see all you conquer! Seeing you as a father has been rewarding!” said Khloe in the post. Sounds like positive changes all round for the Kardashian Krew, and great to see Rob getting on top of his health.
