FYI: The Mullet Is Officially Back In 2019

It’s official: the beloved mullet is back.

It’s been a while since we’ve opted for a haircut that doesn’t require a trim every few weeks. But former Men’s Health cover star Dacre Montgomery’s portrayal of bully Billy Hargrove in Stranger Things has seen the mullet resurface.

And now, athletes are also sporting the look: Bailey Smith and Rhyan Grant among others are donning a set of drapes. 

Originating in the 70s thanks to musicians such as Rod StewartKeith RichardsDavid Bowie, and Paul McCartney, the mullet has several variations. But one feature is a constant: extra length down the back of your neck.
