If You Wake Up With An Erection, Don’t Waste It, Say Scientists

Why getting it up and getting it on could supercharge your sex life - by Alex Pierotti

What’s the story with your morning glory? If the answer is “nothing much” or “it’s kind of inconvenient actually” then you could be missing out on some mind-blowing sex, says new research.

According to a US study, early morning is the best time to get it up and get it on.

Dr Stephen J Winters, from the University of Louisville, designed a chart to show the average fluctuation in testosterone levels for men over a 24-hour period.

Results suggest levels are highest between 4am and 8am, peaking at 7am.

When you’re well rested and have higher testosterone levels, you’re more energetic in bed, says sexual health and wellbeing expert, Samantha Evans.

“Men accumulate testosterone as they sleep and from the time they wake up, they have a three-hour window when they are brimming with testosterone,” Evans tells the Daily Star. “Having an erection on waking up is as good a reason as any to initiate a little morning sex.”

Perhaps it’s time to see if you can give your wood a morning workout?

And if you want to make sure you have great sex round the clock, try the penis workout that stops premature ejaculation and gives you stronger erections.
