Mike Tyson Shadow Boxing At 53 Proves He’s As Quick As Ever

It’s been 14 years since Boxer Mike Tyson last stepped in the ring, but it seems he hasn’t lost his touch.

Nicknamed ‘Iron Mike’, Tyson, who now sports a thick grey beard, is moving just as well as he did 30 years ago.

See the footage below.

Tyson first rose to prominence in 1986 after defeating Trevor Berbick to become the youngest heavyweight champion of all-time at age 20.

In the ring, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ landed 44 KOs in 50 wins.

However, in 1990, his career took a turn when he was toppled by James ‘Buster’ Douglas before spending three years in jail. He briefly retained his title in 1996 for 12 months before his boxing career slowly fizzled out.

Judging by the footage, despite his time spent out of the ring, it’s obvious Tyson will always have a knack for the hard-hitting sport.
