If you were scared that one day your hips would give in and you’d no longer be able to do the deed, there is hope.
A 97-year-old Turkish man has defied the odds – orgasming up to five times a day thanks to strict fitness and diet routines.
After suffering a serious back injury at age 41, self-proclaimed guru Kazım Gürbüz was left paralysed from the waist down and told he would never walk again.
However, the European man would once again walk after allowing his friends to crack his vertebra bones back into place.
“I conducted 63 different experiments on myself…I was born again," says Gürbüz. "Nine Months [after the experiment] I began to walk."
Forced to get on with his life under tough circumstances, Gürbüz turned to yoga, stretching and meditation. The veteran yogi boasts he can now hold the ‘knot position’ for up to 48 hours and hold his breath between 4-5 minutes.
But how does he stay so youthful and get more action than guys a quarter of his age?
He puts his incredible sex life down to his mobility and it’s really no surprise – the guy doesn't look a day over 50. Along with his rigorous stretching routine, Gürbüz's diet consists of super foods such as olives and chestnut honey.
Other beneficial foods and drinks include pinto beans, pepper sauce, herbal tea and soup. “Less beneficial is meat, [which causes] most damage," he explains. "There is protein in all, you do not necessarily need to eat meat."
