Justin Timberlake’s Workout Tips For Bringing Sexy Back This Winter

Fresh off the success of a Super Bowl performance, new album release, hit TV show Sinner, and a new born, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are a power couple to be reckoned with.

With such a hectic schedule, how do JT and JB manage to keep fit and healthy. Sure, the private chef and in home gym probably help, but the couple actually has some surprisingly relatable advice.

Talking to SELF, Biel explained how the superstar couple stay on top of their fitness with some mum-dad workouts.

“I actually love mommy-daddy workouts, they’re the best. It doesn’t always happen, but it’s so nice to have a partner when you’re doing a workout. It’s something my husband and I really enjoy doing together—we both are workout enthusiasts. When we can, we make it happen.”

According to Biel, the Timberlakes partner workouts usually consist of either circuits or cardio.

“We’ll work with a trainer and just do different circuits and do different types of cardio training or sprinting, just different things depending on what we’re working on and goals we’re trying to hit at the time,” Biel says.

While the goal for the couple is to hit 20 minutes of exercise per day, Biel says that when they can, they’ll try to start the day off with some yoga too, for both mental clarity and physical health.

The routine goes a long way to explain why the photogenic couple are still in great shape, and maintain a happy relationship, as they head towards 40. According to scientists, working out with a partner or group reduces stress levels by 26 per cent.

We’re sure being married to Biel probably reduces stress even further, although it’s still to be proven by science.
