12 x Decline Push Ups (place your feet on a bed or chair)
20 x Mountain Climbers (each leg)
10 x Burpees
15 x Dips (using the bed or chair)

10 x Jumping Lunges (each leg)
10 x Pike Push Ups
10 x Back Extensions
