Your first meal of the day has long been hailed as the most important. But in a study designed to test this hypothesis, scientists at the University of Bath have come to a different view.
Here’s what they found: skipping breakfast did not affect participants’ fat levels or weight gain, and did not make them eat more throughout the day.
