You’re Not Going to Like Who Almost 50% of Women Think About Whilst Masturbating

If you’re like most guys, you probably like to believe you’re the subject of your partner’s deepest, darkest fantasies.

That when she locks the door, turns off the lights and begins pleasuring herself, you are the first and only thing on her mind.

We wish we could tell you this was true. We wish we could tell you your partner only lusts after you – but it’s just not true.

In fact, it’s almost the complete opposite.

According to a recent study by sex toy retailer Lovehoney in celebration of Masturbation May, 48 per cent of women think about an ex-boyfriend when pleasuring themselves, even when they’re in a new relationship.

It’s a crushing blow admittedly, however, sexologist Tracey Cox doesn’t necessarily think it’s is such a bad thing.

“Fantasies allow monogamous couples to get all the pleasure of ‘new’ sex without the pain of broken hearts and relationships,” says Cox.

“Most people have the odd struggle balancing the pros of monogamy with the cons,” she explains. “A rich fantasy life can offer the solution to keeping everyone happy.”

Another consolation? You’ve probably got an ex out there who’s thinking about you tonight.
