He’s a US man in his mid-20s, he goes by the moniker of Diphallic Dude and he was born with two penises. Yep, relly.
Recently, he took to Reddit for an AMA (‘Ask Me Anything’) and answered pretty much every question you could ever want to ask a guy with an extra penis.
Here are 5 things we learnt.
1. He’s Medically Fortunate
The man was born with a condition called diphallia or penile duplication, a very rare occurrence in which a man is born with two penises. In the US, roughly 1 in 5.5 million boys will be born with this condition.
But if you’re thinking that one penis must be the alpha and the other it’s uglier, less-developed sibling, you’re wrong.
Both penises are functional, which means Diphallic Dude (DD) is able to urinate and ejaculate from either one (although he does admit to preferencing his right penis over his left).
2. He’s Also Medically Unfortunate
Diphallia isn’t all sunshine and roses.
The condition is usually accompanied by a raft of other congenital issues. Sufferers are also have a higher death rate from infections associated with their, um, complex systems.
The chief problem DD faces? “My prostate gets inflamed if I don’t ejaculate enough,” he said on Reddit.
“I’m probably the only guy with a legit reason to orgasm at least once every day or two days. My prostate gets stimulation from both cocks and creates a lot of seminal fluid. So when I cum it has to be squeezed every few days to get all the excess out, otherwise it feels bloated and painful.”
3. Yes, He Has Sex. Quite A Lot, In Fact
DD admitted to being bisexual and having a threesome, pleasuring a man and a woman at the same time. Men, he admits, tend to be more aroused by his condition, while women tend to get “freaked out more often”.
Can one penis harden while the other remains flaccid? “Always starts that way,” he said. “Left one starts to get semi first, then stops at a certain point. Right one then gets rock hard and if I’m horny enough the left one will continue to stiffen up and get bigger. Once or twice, with a cock ring on, they’ve both been equally rock hard.”

4. He’s Happy With His Condition
“I like them the way they are,” he said. “They’re more proportionate to each other than they look in photos. I’m limited to holding the camera myself. If one had been smaller, it’d be more difficult to deal with. So yeah I like that they’re the way they are.”
