For many, it takes years for bodybuilders to achieve their desired physique. So at 19 years-old, this Brisbane student has everyone confused as to how he got his perfect V-shaped rig.
Instagramer Bonheur Ntwari has been attractive attention on the internet after posting photos of his bat wings on the social media site. In the last two years, Bonheur went from a skinny kid to a 6ft 2" 88kg weapon.
Bonheur claims he has the most accentuated V-shaped body in the industry with the width of his shoulders measuring twice that of his waist. His shoulders span 53 inches while is waistline is just 26 inches.
"I've always wanted to get bigger since I was eight years old, I visualised myself being a large person as I was extremely skinny and tall so I got a gym membership on my 16th birthday," says Bonheur, speaking to Ladbible.
According to the publication, his six day routine includes working out his entire body over days through split sets.
On Monday, he trains chest, shoulders and triceps. Tuesday, back and biceps while Wednesday is a full body workout with legs. Thursday is his only rest day as he readies himself for the same gruelling 3 days beginning on Friday.
Bonheur will eat 4 meals a day, trying to reach 150g of protein.
When quizzed about his Alien-like physique, Bonheur says he strives to stand out from the rest.
"Many of us see differences as flaws but in the alien age family we embrace that, because after all what's the fun in looking like everyone else? It's safe to say I may have the most exaggerated v taper in the industry, most love it some hate it but that's what Alien Age is about, being different and standing out."
While he has doubters, with many suggesting his photos have been edited, the Brisbane-native sees the positives: "I have been accused of photoshopping in the past but I just take it as compliment. It only means my physique is too good to be true."
