There are a few things to remember before launching into the exercise.
"We want to set our foot position just in line with our shoulders," say Liubinskas.
"Coming down, picking up those dumbbells, standing tall like a deadlift. Come down, slight knee bend - we want to keep our chest maintained parallel to the floor."
