But if you needed further inspiration during a time of isolation, now you can also watch his backyard body burner using just one piece of equipment. 

“Stay at home, stay fit. We cannot control the virus but we can control our fitness,” he captioned his post.

The Terminator star beings by pulling up in a vintage military truck before grabbing just a loaded EZ bar. 

After stretching his hamstrings on the back of the trunk, the 72-year-old begins with some bicep curls, followed by a few ground-to-overhead lifts before completing the series with some some bent-over rows.

“I came out here to exercise a little bit, and just kind of improvise,” he says.

“Just to show you that improvisation is the important thing. Just as long as you do something every day, that is the important thing: bike riding, pushups, situps.

“Find some little weights, find some bags, some water buckets or whatever it is, just so you have some resistance. Do it.”

After completing another round of bicep curls, ground-to-overhead lifts and rowers, he packs up shop. 

He finishes with a quick word of encouragement before signing off his with one of his trademark lines. 

“Let’s stay strong, let’s stay fit. Let’s train at home. Hasta la vista.”
