Few are more qualified to give workout advice than bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger and during these unprecedented times, the iconic lifter is sharing some old-school images of how he got creative at home to maintain his size.
Taking to Instagram, the Terminator star posted photos from his youth, showing off his makeshift gym which includes inverted rows on chairs and calf raises on blocks.
Schwarzenegger went one further, directing fans to a Reddit thread with full details of the workout.
