Men’s Health fitness advisor Jeremy Scott has come up with a workout that includes only two exercises and is only five minutes long – but beware, it’ll kick your ass.

 

The workout starts out with a bench hope over, which provides your body with a fat-burning aerobic burst, while at the same time shredding your core and your shoulders. You’ll be gasping for air after this move alone, but there’s no rest for the wicked as you’ll be going straight into the sliding pushup. These are different from ordinary pushups as you need greater control to put your muscles through greater ranges of motion.
